The Rehabilitation Partnership
We believe nothing is impossible…
The team at The Rehabilitation Partnership understands…
the privilege of accompanying our clients on their journeys following catastrophic injury. To celebrate their successes, to challenge and to support them when the road can be hard.
“Managing challenge with patience, imagination and professionalism”
The Rehabilitation Partnership (TRP) was founded in May 2006 and from the outset and all along our journey we have held to the principles of:
“That the client comes first and is at the centre of everything we do”
“To be the best”
“The “Koru”, the Maori name given to an unfurling fern frond signifies reaching towards the light, encouraging new positive beginnings and hope for the future.”
The Rehabilitation Partnership provides Brain Injury Case Management and Rehabilitation Services in the Midlands area working with children, young people and adults with catastrophic injuries. We are a small, cohesive, innovative, and totally independent company. Our highly specialist award winning team attains exceptional outcomes with their clients by working in partnership with them, their significant others and the very best therapists, support teams, litigation and medical services in the Midlands.
“TRP is an extremely well led service. The team recognise the needs of the individual and have a very positive approach to both clients and clinicians. They are able to select the ideal therapist for each client and work closely with the rehabilitation team to support goal orientated programmes. They address sensitive and emotive situations with care and consideration and are a real pleasure to work with.”
